How long does my order take to ship?

I am typically able to ship within 24 hours of purchase of any in stock item. Custom orders usually ship within one week or less.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I do not offer international shipping at this time, but under special circumstances will consider it. If you need international shipping please contact me at balancedenergyarts@gmail.com

What is your return policy? 

I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns are to be appropriately packaged and shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is to be covered by the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Most custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
